How do I book Gabriella Elise Events?

In order to book Gabriella Elise Events, first you have to fill out the form on the Book page, then you will receive an invoice via PayPal. Once you receive an invoice you have 24 hrs to pay the deposit to reserve the day. After 24hrs you will have to check if the desire date is still available. 

Why are deposits non-refundable?

All deposits are non refundable due to supplies being ordered at time of booking. My vendors will not allow returns so I am unable to offer refunds on deposits.

When is final payment due?

For Balloon décor and Picnics: All final payments are due 1 week before the scheduled event by 5pm EST. This reminder is also on the invoice. 

For Wedding related services: All final payments are due 1 month ahead of the scheudled wedding date. This reminder is also on the services contract and can be found on the invoice.

What if my event is cancelled due to weather? 

If the outdoor event is cancelled due to weather, Gabriella Elise Events will work with you to reschedule based on availability. 

What is your cancellation policy? 

Cancellation policy for balloon décor and picnic set up: We understand that life happens and things change. If you have to cancel an event we ask you give us at least 48hrs notice. If notice is not given within 48hrs, the full balance is still due.

Cancellation policy for wedding related services: If the wedding is cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited. If there were any subsequent payments made after the deposit, they would also be considered forfeited.
